**The role is remote (i.e. you can be based anywhere in South America or North American) * For the first 2 to 4 months, you’ll get Equity compensation (Company Shares) instead of full Salary initially, high proficiency in English required **

• All Closer Work services are delivered in a Closer Way, accounting for the need of all stakeholders: Healthcare Staff, Clinics, ourselves, and most importantly, Patients.
• Our Consulting areas will cover a large spectrum of fields: Workforce Solutions (Recruitment, HR), Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Soft skills Coaching and training, etc.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The initial purpose of your role would be to improve the lives of Healthcare Organisations, Healthcare Professionals and Patients, whilst achieving our financial targets. You will be able to achieve that through the various Closer Work America’s service lines and business units.

MAIN MISSIONS:

• Scale-up: You will initially be leading the scale-up of our Workforce Management Consulting and Services (Recruitment), which has already been successfully launched in Canada. To do so, you will:
  • Enable, lead, or coordinate the various functions of the group: Finance, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Technology, Human Resources, and other key areas.
  • You will also be involved with very hands on work, such as performing recruitment placements, to get the best introduction into our work, clients, and sector.
• Develop: you will also be developing progressively our other groups of Management Consulting and service lines: Financial Services, Marketing Services, Soft Skills Coaching and Training, Mediation and Legal, Operations consultancy, Business Intelligence and Insights, etc.

We aspire at becoming change leaders in our healthcare sectors, having an impact on how the healthcare work is delivered, for the benefits of Organisations, Professionals and Patients.

• Business Leadership experience. Start-up or scale-up would be a plus although not necessary.
• Ideally (not compulsory): Experience in Management / Strategy Consulting, ideally including People / Talents Attraction and Management / Human Capital, but we could also train on this.
• Willing to start the role in an small structure (early stage start-up), and carry out hands on work (e.g. recruitment placements) as part of your initiation.
• 10+ years professional experience
• Location: you can be based in any country in South, Central or North America (Canada)
