As a Software Developer Manager, you will be an integral part of Apiux Labs, driving innovative solutions with a keen understanding of technology. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting and communicating team priorities aligned with the organization's goals.
• Developing a mid-term technical vision and roadmap, adapting to future requirements and infrastructure needs.
• Designing system architectures and vetting designs to address complex problems.
• Providing code reviews and feedback for best practices across the development team.
• Setting expectations and coaching team members to enhance performance and development.

Your leadership will empower your team to grow while pushing the boundaries of technology.

To thrive in this role, we expect:

• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership position, managing strategic projects in Chile, with at least 2 years as a people manager or team leader.
• 8 years of software development experience in languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, OR JavaScript.
• Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS or GCP, having at least one relevant certification (Architect, DevOps, Data).

• Experience in Generative AI (Large Language Models, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working on public sector projects.
