Staff Engineer/Tech Lead in TECLA

We are building a reputation system for web3 users. We aggregate and curate all contributor activity, apply various algorithms to calculate reputation scores, and generate stats. Our suite of tools is used daily by various communities.

We are a very early-stage startup, backed by some of the best investors in the crypto industry.

We are seeking a Staff Engineer/Tech Lead with web3 development experience and knowledge of the Ethereum ecosystem. This role involves daily interaction with the founder to discuss product features, ship code, oversee the system's technical architecture, and mentor developers on our team.

• 7+ years of software development experience, eager to make hands-on contributions.
• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience building highly scalable systems and full-stack applications.
• Familiarity with various web3 tools, libraries, and best practices.
• A self-starter mindset and willingness to take ownership.
• Comfort working with a fully remote team.
• Knowledge and experience in Blockchain, preferably within the Ethereum ecosystem.
• A strong plus if the candidate is familiar with DAOs and has contributed to one or more DAOs.
