As a Content Manager, you’ll collaborate with the team to determine the best content we should be creating and how to leverage it across our platforms—whether that’s the website, social media, or podcast. While you’ll guide the overall strategy, you’ll also help identify key topics for us to produce, ensuring that we effectively distribute the content. Focusing on optimizing performance through data-driven insights, oversee lead generation efforts, manage content calendars, and coordinate guest outreach for our podcast.

Job functions

  • Develop and execute content strategy that aligns with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Create and manage content pillars and themes, ensuring consistency and relevance across all platforms.
  • Generate topics and Q&A for short-form video content, aligning with trending or relevant industry discussions.
  • Coordinate and manage guest outreach for podcast, ensuring in-depth coverage of critical technologies.
  • Plan, create, and distribute a monthly newsletter to engage clients and prospects with valuable insights and updates.
  • Maintain and oversee the content calendar for all channels, including social media, the website, podcast, and other publishing platforms.
  • Develop and manage lead generation funnels and drip marketing campaigns to nurture prospects through the customer journey.
  • Track content performance metrics, ensuring data-driven adjustments to optimize future content.
  • Take ownership of performance improvements, offering insights and recommendations based on tracking and analysis to enhance content effectiveness.

Qualifications and requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in Cloud, IT, or Telecom.
  • Experience creating content strategies that drive leads and brand awareness.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience in blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media.
  • Ability to keep content consistent across platforms and aligned with business goals.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading content teams
  • Experience managing social media accounts, especially LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge of content distribution strategies for wider reach.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working closely with Sales, Clients and Leadership.
  • Ability to develop fresh, innovative content ideas that align with industry trends.
