We are seeking a strategic, organized, and proactive Account Manager with 3+ years of experience in marketing agencies, specifically in performance marketing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possesses a strong understanding of e-commerce, inbound marketing, and paid media strategies. This role requires exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Strategy Development

  • Lead the creation of key marketing assets, including creative briefs, competitive analyses, buyer personas, and campaign roadmaps.
  • Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Paid Social, Paid Search (PPC), SEO, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and CRO.
  • Ensure strategic alignment between client objectives and campaign execution.

Project & Client Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
  • Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables while keeping projects on budget.
  • Coordinate with creative, media buying, and analytics teams to ensure optimal campaign performance.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track and analyze campaign performance across platforms, ensuring KPIs and ROAS targets are met.
  • Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Work closely with technical teams to identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.

Growth & Upselling

  • Identify client needs and proactively suggest additional services, tools, or optimizations to maximize their marketing performance.
  • Foster strong relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Qualifications

✔️ Native or near-native English proficiency (written and spoken).
✔️ 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager in a marketing agency, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
✔️ Proven expertise in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing), SEO, and analytics.
✔️ Ability to develop and present marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
✔️ Proficiency in creating account briefs, competitive analyses, and buyer personas.
✔️ Strong knowledge of marketing KPIs, and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker, etc.).
✔️ Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about marketing performance.
