We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Representative to join our team and help expand two sister companies that target small business owners. One is a business coaching company, and the other provides virtual assistant services. Responsibilities

  • Attend networking events and one-on-one meetings with referral sources.
  • Drive attendance to webinars and facilitate them.
  • Conduct sales meetings with prospects and develop relationships.
  • Create and deliver proposals to potential clients.
  • Leverage LinkedIn to build connections, engage past clients, and connect with referral sources.
  • Set and pursue goals for business development and market expansion.
  • Research and identify prospective accounts in target markets.
  • Guide leads through the sales cycle and develop strategies for business growth.
  • Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
  • Provide training and guidance to business development staff, when applicable.

Description

Minimum 3 years of business development experience, with a proven record of achieving sales targets. Key qualities include:

Compensation

Base salary: $1,500 per month
Commission structure: Target earnings of $4,000 per month
Annual goal: $48,000 USD (Base: $18,000 + Commission)
