Key Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in Supply Chain Projects:
    • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain optimization projects.
    • Collaborate with senior consultants and cross-functional teams.
  2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
    • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to track project progress and KPIs.
  3. Learn and Apply Best Practices:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in supply chain management and SAP.
    • Assist in the implementation of new processes and technologies.
  4. Problem Solving and Process Improvement:
    • Identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions to streamline processes.
    • Conduct root cause analysis to ensure continuous improvement.
  5. Client Interaction and Collaboration:
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to understand needs and expectations.
    • Participate in meetings, providing insights and updates on project tasks.
  6. Support System Integrations:
    • Assist in testing and validating system integrations related to supply chain solutions.
    • Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
  7. Professional Growth and Development:
    • Engage in training and mentorship programs to develop core competencies.

Essential Knowledge and Experience (Exclusion Criteria):

Advanced English (C1 or higher):

  • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English to collaborate effectively in an international environment.

Knowledge in Supply Chain Management (SCM):

  • Solid understanding of SCM processes, including planning, procurement, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, tools, and best practices in supply chain optimization.

Degree in Industrial Engineering or Related Fields:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Ability to work with data, identify trends, and propose effective solutions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel:

  • Experience with advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

Teamwork and Communication Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and interact with clients.

Interest in Technology and Process Automation:

  • Motivation to learn tools like SAP or ERP systems and apply emerging technologies to improve processes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP or Other ERP Systems:
    • Familiarity with SAP modules such as SAP SCM, SAP MM, or SAP APO will be highly valued.
  • Previous Experience in Consulting or Supply Chain Projects:
    • Hands-on involvement in logistics, procurement, or demand planning projects will set candidates apart.
  • Knowledge of Data Analysis Tools:
    • Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL for data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience with Process Improvement Methodologies:
    • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile frameworks adds value.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and creativity to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
    • Leadership potential or experience in mentoring/leading small teams is a plus.
