Key Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative will play a critical role in facilitating smooth communication between our clients, technicians, and dispatching team. Responsibilities include

1. Inbound Calls: Answer client calls, document service requests, provide professional responses, and schedule appointments based on technician availability.

2. Outbound Calls: Proactively contact clients to confirm, reschedule, or follow up on appointments, and notify them of delays or changes.

3. Chat Handling: Respond to client inquiries via chat, assist with scheduling, and provide real-time updates on technician availability or job status.

4. Scheduling & Coordination: Assign technicians based on skills and availability, update systems in real-time, and track service requests for follow-up.

5. Customer Support: Maintain transparent communication, address concerns professionally, and guide clients through service expectations.

6. Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately log client and job details, and collaborate to improve scheduling and communication processes.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to interact effectively with varied stakeholders. We are looking for:

  • Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and a knack for problem-solving.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills to streamline service request management.
  • Quiet office space - Computer (Windows 11), Headset with microphone, and stable internet connection.
  • Must have exceptional English communication skills both verbal and written. (Native speakers preferred)

Desirable Skills

While not mandatory, the following skills will be advantageous:

  • Experience with dispatching or scheduling applications.
  • Knowledge of the field service industry and its challenges.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and their functionalities.
