Sr. Data Analyst (Power BI & Azure) in TECLA

We are seeking a highly skilled Short-Term Senior Data Analyst with deep expertise in Power BI, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Data Factory, along with proven experience in data replication and executive-level dashboard creation. Familiarity with the TOTVS ERP schema is essential.

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to support business intelligence needs across departments.
• Leverage Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake to replicate and transform data from TOTVS and other enterprise data sources.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business requirements into insightful, scalable analytics solutions.
• Manage ETL pipelines and ensure data quality, integrity, and availability across platforms.
• Optimize data models for performance and usability in Power BI.
• Lead initiatives to automate reporting and streamline data workflows.
• Document data flows, schema mappings, and report specifications clearly for hand-off and future development.

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and visualization techniques.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, and cloud-based data workflows.
• Demonstrated experience with data replication and integration from TOTVS ERP systems.
• Proven ability to create executive dashboards that effectively communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English required.
• Self-motivated and able to deliver independently in a remote work environment.
