• Capture the vision of the business area and the client’s specifics. Define the client’s business needs, goals & objectives, specifying and introducing them to the engagement and development teams
• Analyze the 'as-is' state of the enterprise in the context of the needs, define 'to be' state, identify and assess gaps, define and design solutions
• Develop a business case to assess the feasibility of possible solutions or investments
• Perform standardization of business and solution requirements elicitation, utilizing best practices for effective facilitation, requirements specification, designing, prototyping, and modeling to ensure the solution meets the business needs
• Establish and follow the requirements’ lifecycle process
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, and plan communication strategy by taking into consideration its results and solution specifics
• Prioritize and roadmap solution requirements
• Manage solution scope
• Establish the change management process where applicable

• A mature Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience in IT
• Experienced in Enterprise Client's business operations
• Proficient in non-functional requirements and their drivers
• Confident with Enterprise digital transformation concepts
• Strong in Relational database systems, their design, and ways of working
• Competent in DWH and Big Data architectures, and their most suitable modeling approaches
• Skilled in solution ideation and design phase activities
• Possess the ability to conduct issue root cause analysis from high-level management reporting to raw data
• Confident with key business analysis tasks, elements, and techniques
• Strong in business process optimization activities, prototyping, and modeling tools
• Accustomed to working with data analysis – writing SQL statements to calculate required metrics/get desired data
• Being familiar with RPA is a huge advantage

• Be part of the team that is responsible for cooperating with the Client to define the needs, inception, and new enterprise digital solutions
• Live in a dynamic enterprise solution lifecycle and keep all in one head: strategic, business, and technical focuses, software solution development excellence, customer experience, and feedback
• Work closely with Delivery Managers to confirm alignment of the requirements management plan, with the overall project management plan for each initiative, contribute to risk management
• Facilitate discussions, ensure effective communication, and develop relationships with all solution and project stakeholders
• Define the enterprise solution strategy
