Funciones del cargo

Analyze and Validate Business Data: Validate interchange fees against brand settlement reports, explain discrepancies, and propose actionable corrective actions.
Client Presentations and Support: Deliver detailed, analytical presentations to clients and provide follow-up support, clarifying project-related queries.
Business Needs Assessment: Verify and translate client business needs in collaboration with clients and sales representatives before project initiation.
Data Collection and Coordination: Ensure the collection and processing of necessary interchange and scheme fee data when required, in close coordination with the data engineering teams.
Client Business Analysis: Conduct descriptive analysis of client acquiring and issuing businesses within the context of the specific project needs.
Quantitative Evidence of Findings: Present findings quantitatively and clearly to ensure clients can achieve positive business impacts.

Requerimientos del cargo

University studies in Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related.
English Level B2, C1 or C2.
3 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related field, preferably in the banking / financial sector.
Proficiency in basic data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI Software (e.g. Power BI).
We seek candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and determination.
Very strong communication and presentation skills. Candidates need to be able to clearly visualize and communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders, with a focus on business value creation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to work on-site in our Lima office.
While not required, a strong understanding of the card-payment industry challenges and their data requirements is a significant advantage.
