Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and evaluate machine learning and statistical models aimed at enhancing various business processes.
  • Analyze large datasets to derive insights and formulate data-driven strategies.
  • Deploy models into production utilizing tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Create dashboards and reports via visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and model infrastructures.
  • Deliver findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
  • Proficiency in Python with solid knowledge of data science libraries including Pandas, Polars, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Experience with SQL and both relational and non-relational databases.
  • Knowledge of feature engineering, model selection, and cross-validation techniques.
  • Experience with Generative AI frameworks and libraries, such as Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain, alongside API usage and prompt engineering skills.
  • Able to visualize data with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly.
  • Strong communication skills with a knack for data storytelling.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with real-time data processing using tools like Apache Kafka or Spark Streaming.
  • Working knowledge of deep learning frameworks.
  • Understanding of MLOps techniques for deploying models effectively.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring the latest trends in Generative AI within the field of data analysis.
