​​​The ideal candidate will bring 5-10+ years of expertise in Data Governance and Data Management, with a strong background in working within global Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies or similar industries. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of data processes and governance policies and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Data Governance and Management:

• Lead initiatives to standardize operational information across the organization.
• Define and implement enterprise-wide data governance policies and procedures.
• Partner with business and technical teams to ensure proper data ingestion, usage, quality, and stewardship.

Data Quality and Stewardship:

• Monitor and maintain the quality of data assets.
• Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and compliant with organizational standards.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with subject matter experts to align data governance practices with business needs.
• Support data-related decision-making processes across departments.

System and Tool Expertise:

• Utilize tools such as SQL, SAP (Material and Vendor Master), Axon, and procurement systems like SpendHQ or Ariba MyBuy.
• Handle PO, invoice data, and accounts payable data with precision.

Global Procurement Data Management:

• Manage and analyze procurement and spending data.
• Ensure proper integration and usage of global procurement systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in data management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ideally 7-8 years of experience in Data Governance or Data Management within a global CPG company or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of data processes, data quality standards, and governance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Axon, PO, invoice data, accounts payable, SAP systems, and procurement tools.
• Preferred experience with advanced SAP modules (SAP S/4 HANA, SAP MDG) and Informatica tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency with Informatica tools (EDC, Axon, IDQ).
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
