As an English-speaking UX Researcher with wireframe knowledge at Furnished Finder, you will play a crucial role in understanding our users' needs, preferences, and pain points. By conducting comprehensive user research and leveraging your wireframe expertise, you will contribute to the development of user-centered designs and seamless interactions on our platform. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and has the ability to translate research insights into tangible wireframe concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research studies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behaviors and needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to incorporate research findings into the design process.
  • Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and validate ideas with users.
  • Analyze research data and present actionable insights and recommendations to drive design decisions.
  • Iterate on wireframe designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX research, wireframing, and interaction design.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform's user experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UX Researcher with wireframe knowledge, ideally in an online platform or e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate research insights into actionable design recommendations.
  • Experience conducting user research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Understanding of UX principles, usability best practices, and interaction design concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
