We don’t need you to have experience just the drive and discipline to work on digital experiences for different platforms and software solutions. Our dream design teammate will always take on challenges and participate sensibly and succinctly in every part of the design cycle. Our team fully embraces Agile rituals and methodologies and you will work from ideation to production hand to hand with top-notch talent. You will learn and execute research activities with users and key stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to manage UI resources, software, and libraries integrating with the building blocks of our headless technology partners like Contentful, ElasticPath, Algolia, and CommerceLayer among others.

• We are looking for a UX/UI designer who wants to learn how to create interactive experiences for different platforms and software solutions.
• As a UX/UI designer, you will be supporting and assisting in different stages of the process for any design project.
• You will learn about UX activities; Research, Benchmarking, Interviewing, User Flows, Sitemaps, etc.
• You will learn about UI resources, software usage, design libraries, methodologies, processes, etc.
• You will work in multi-disciplinary teams alongside other designers, developers, architects, etc.
• The position requires excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of usability standards.
• Ability to incorporate within processes using Agile Methodologies.
• We will evaluate your progress and learning every 3 months according to the vision of the team you are working with.
• The aspects we will be evaluating will be based on your ability to understand the design process, research, and final visual outcome.
• We will also consider your integration skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• You will report directly to the Design Team Leader.

• You do not need work experience.
• You do not need any specific prior knowledge.
• You may still be in the final years of a digital design related degree.
• Proficiency in using design software; Figma, Sketch, Invision, Design Systems, and other UX/UI design tools.
• Ability to translate high-level ideas into unique experiences.
• Ability to learn and understand the product design process, from research to user experience design and visual design.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and concisely.
• Good level of spoken and written English.

• Experience in illustration, visual narrative, prototyping, video development and editing is welcomed.
• A desire to keep up to date with technology trends in order to research and inspire innovative designs.
