EVEN enables musical artists to sell their music first and stream it later. At EVEN, artists set the price and quantity, and receive immediate payment after each sale. EVEN releases provide fans with early access to music, content, tour tickets, merchandise, and more from their favorite artists.

Job functions

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for our EVEN platform. You will work collaboratively with the founding team to define features and functionalities that meet the needs of our users and stand out in the market. We are looking for someone with a strong focus on user-centered design and visual excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and prototype high-quality design solutions for our features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with the development team and other stakeholders to ensure successful and consistent design implementation.
  • Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Create usability testing and feedback collection to iterate and improve user experiences.
  • Maintain and evolve the platform's design system.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in product design.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Experience in digital product design, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual skills, problem-solving abilities, and user-centered design.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. (desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, usability, and information architecture.
  • Experience with mobile and responsive interface design.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
  • Basic knowledge of Maze or other web technologies for usability testing (desirable).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Passion for staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Desirable skills

  • Basic knowledge of Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar technologies (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies (desirable but not mandatory).
