Functions
We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a versatile, multi-faceted Creative with a passion for bringing ideas to life through design. As a Senior Designer at Paktolus, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and visually appealing content for our clients, as well as ensuring that all aspects of the project are being handled from start to finish.
The ideal candidate for this position will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-directed role.
Graphic Design:
Design visually appealing graphics with a focus on digital formats - web design, UX/UI, social media, email campaigns, PPC ads, logos & brand identities.
Ensure all design work maintains a consistent & cohesive visual identity
Have a strong understanding of the principles of Branding & Brand Identity, and the capability to iterate new ideas within a design system.
Conceptualization/Brainstorming:
Brainstorm and contribute to the development of new ideas and concepts for animation and design projects.
Translate creative concepts into visual storytelling that resonates with the target audience.
Quality Control:
Review and refine animations and designs to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
Make necessary revisions and improvements based on feedback and requirements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including writers, developers, and project managers, to bring projects to fruition.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.
Professionalism:
Self-direction is an absolute necessity. We do not & will not ever micromanage how you get things done.
Requirements:
A compelling portfolio that demonstrates your expertise.
Prior experience managing a team/leading projects from start-to-finish.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Fluent in English - you will be expected to present to clients
