Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review product design flows, ensuring the delivery of optimal user experiences.
  • Develop engaging templates and create graphical designs and layouts for web and mobile, including mock-ups and prototypes.
  • Design visually stunning interfaces informed by in-depth user research and data analysis.
  • Partner closely with product managers and development teams to launch products that adhere to the highest design standards.
  • Make strategic decisions on UX designs, continually enhancing and improving user interface components.
  • Ensure timely delivery of UX and UI designs to meet project deadlines.
  • Participate in client meetings to introduce our UX capabilities and gather insights into client needs.
  • Generate prototypes, mock-ups, and ideas to visualize solutions for new business pitches.
  • Conduct UX assessments for potential leads, providing actionable insights to drive client engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and refine communications that effectively resonate with customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UI and UX design, with a strong focus on e-commerce projects.
  • Strong English language skills (B2 level and above).
  • Proficient in Figma, with hands-on experience in Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
  • Extensive experience in designing web interfaces and mobile applications, with a solid understanding of e-commerce best practices.
  • Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into user flows, use cases, and design solutions.
  • Familiarity with common e-commerce pages and a keen understanding of current design trends.
  • Previous client interaction experience is a significant plus.
  • A strong, creative portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
