Programmer C++ in PentaLogix

You’ll be joining the software development team for one of the most popular tools for testing and editing PCB files, like Gerber and ODB++. You’ll be working on creating new software and keeping the existing developments in check. Every day will bring new and interesting challenges, so you won’t get bored!

• Develop and maintain desktop apps in C++
• Contribute to the solution architecture and future state of software products.
• Understand and contribute to the bigger picture and long-term solutions.

• Demonstrate exceptional software development knowledge by coding with the best practices to deliver complex solutions.
• Strong problem-solving approach to participate in the solution design process.
• Solid knowledge in Object-Oriented Programming
• More than 3 years of experience as software developer (web, desktop or mobile) in any of these languages:
  • Java, C++, C#, Javascript, Ruby, Python
  • Extra points if your experience is in C# or C++
• English Level: Intermedia (Fluency Preferred).

• Unity or Unreal engines
• OpenGL or WebGL
• SQL Server
• WPF
• MVVM
• Unit Testing
• Git
• Persistence
• Windows Installers
• Mathematic concepts like Polygons, Areas, Vectors, Transformations, Matrix transformations, Coordinate Systems, Measurement Units.
• English Level: High (Fluency Preferred).

• Full-Time 100% Remote Job
• Indefinite contract
• 8 hours per day
• Working days Mondays to Fridays only
• Flex Schedule: working hours between 07h00 and 19h00 (Bogota, Lima, Quito Time zone)
• 15 days of PTO per year—actual workdays only!!! (Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as part of your PTO since they are already days off)
