We are currently seeking a candidate for the position of Technical SEO Strategy Manager. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Chief Creative Officer and VP of Strategy & Product to pinpoint opportunities that can enhance online visibility and rankings for our enterprise-size clients through strategic improvements in technical SEO on their websites.

As the Technical SEO Strategy Manager at RebelMouse, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead SEO assessments of clients' digital presence to provide roadmaps and recommendations targeted at improving SEO and Marketing performance.
• Understand clients’ business objectives, developing and executing actionable and measurable plans to meet those objectives
• Collaborating with developers, internal/external stakeholders, defining development processes, offering support to team members, and ensuring projects adhere to the latest SEO standards.
• Upholding project quality throughout all phases by reviewing and approving website and SEO improvements, ascertaining they meet high standards and ensuring the user experience and website performance remains uncompromised.
• Work with the analytics team to provide strategic and technical direction for web analytics tracking of the impact of SEO changes
• Monitoring essential KPIs and metrics to provide timely insights, address unexpected challenges, and maintain overall site health.
• Review headings structures and other aspects of site architecture with an eye on optimization

• +5 years of hands-on experience in SEO with an expert-level understanding of technical and content elements that impact organic search performance rankings
• Extensive experience utilizing diverse third-party SEO analysis tools (Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Majestic, etc.)
• Comprehensive understanding of online and offline channels (display, affiliates, social, print, TV, email, etc.) and their impact on SEO.
• Excellent knowledge of best practices across different search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing, Baidu, etc.)
• Robust expertise in working with various analytics packages (Google Analytics, Chartbeat, Comscore..)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it relates to SEO
• Great communication skills with an ability to talk to non-experts in a way that allows them to understand what proposed changes entail and why they are important.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Working background in a fast-paced, dynamic, client-centric environment
• Experience with CMS migrations is a plus!
