EVEN is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Creative team with a focus on social media and digital campaigns. You’ll help bring our artist-first brand to life by designing eye-catching visuals across Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X along with supporting select artist campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
This is a self-managed, high-output role. You’ll collaborate with Artist Relations, Product, and Client Services teams, and report to the Creative Director who will provide high-level direction but creative ownership and autonomy is strongly encouraged. EVEN is a U.S.-based, fully remote company. Fluency in English is essential, including the ability to understand cultural context and proofread your own content.
What You'll Do
3–6 years of graphic design experience (ideally in music, entertainment, or creative tech)
Strong portfolio with social media content, animations, and branded visuals
Advanced skills in Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
Proven ability to manage your own workload without a project manager
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Full fluency in English - must be able to understand tone, cultural nuance, and proof content variations
Experience using AI-powered design tools to create quick-turn visual assets and image
Comfortable with internal design tasks such as presentation decks, pitch visuals, and team-facing creative needs
Fully remote
