Senior UX/UI Designer in Paktolus

As a senior UX/UI Designer for Paktolus Group’s AI platform, you will be tasked with creating intuitive and efficient interfaces for AI-powered tools and services. You will work closely with product teams, data scientists, and engineers to design dashboards, analytics tools, and complex user flows that simplify interaction with AI and large datasets. The role requires you to translate sophisticated technology into user-friendly and accessible experiences for both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the projects from concept to execution.
• Design user-centered interfaces focusing on dashboards that visualize complex data, analytics, and user journeys.
• Create and iterate on wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure the platforms are intuitive, useful, and aligned with user needs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, particularly with users interacting with complex systems and data-heavy interfaces, to gather insights for improving the user experience.
• Develop and implement UX strategies for handling complex user journeys, ensuring seamless interaction across multiple touchpoints.
• Work with cross-functional teams to balance functionality, ease of use, and aesthetics in designs.
• Present and communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, articulating your design decisions with data and user insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, data visualization, and dashboard design, and apply these insights to improve the user experience of our AI platforms.

• 4-6+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a focus on designing dashboards, data visualization, or complex user journeys.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your work on dashboard designs and user experiences involving complex flows or data-heavy platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma with strong prototyping and interaction design skills.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating designs based on user feedback.
• Excellent understanding of data visualization principles and how to make complex information easy to understand.
• Familiarity with AI platforms or data-driven applications is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English (required)
• Knowledge or interest in AI technologies and their applications in business is a plus.
