We are seeking an experienced Art Director to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between the Creative Director and Graphic Designers. The Art Director will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual strategies for a variety of brands, guiding and collaborating with Graphic Designers to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to understand and implement the creative vision across multiple brands.
  • Guide and oversee the work of Graphic Designers, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and quality standards.
  • Develop and execute compelling visual creatives, animations and video edits for various digital assets.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
  • Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral.
  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met across all channels.
  • Oversee and participate in the creative process from concept to completion.
  • Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables effectively communicate the intended message on time.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and branding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with fluency in English.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in art direction, preferably within an agency or in a multi-brand environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and creative direction.
  • Experience leading and directing designers in the creation of impactful visual content.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exceptional capability with typography, layout, and prototyping.
  • Excellent understanding of branding and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
