About The Role: We're seeking a passionate Senior Product UX/UI Designer to join our product team. You'll work collaboratively to create modern, clean, and intuitive interfaces that delight our users while solving complex B2B challenges. This role offers an opportunity to shape the future of our product through innovative design solutions and market-informed decisions

Qualifications and requirements

Core Requirements:

- 5+ years of product design experience

- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent UX solutions and modern UI design

- Extensive experience with B2B and SaaS products

- Expert-level Figma skills

- Deep understanding of UX patterns and best practices

- Strong information architecture skills

- Experience with user journey mapping

- Proven ability to create responsive designs

- Knowledge of micro-interactions and animation principles

- Experience working with remote teams

- Strong documentation skills

- Design system experience

- Experience conducting market and competitor research

- Track record of sharing design insights and learnings with the Product/Design team

Key Responsibilities:

- Create exceptional user experiences through thoughtful UX/UI design

- Generate multiple design solutions through extensive ideation

- Collaborate closely with product and development teams

- Conduct and participate in design critique sessions

- Create and maintain design documentation

- Contribute to design system development

- Create rapid prototypes to validate solutions

- Facilitate ideation sessions (e.g., crazy 8s)

- Guide more junior team members

- Participate in product discovery and understand user research

- Create user flows and journey maps

- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis

- Share insights and learnings with the team

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Desirable skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with AI interface design

- Knowledge of cognitive psychology and behavioral design

- Design sprint facilitation experience

- HTML/CSS knowledge

- Experience with design-to-code tools

- UX writing capabilities

- Experience establishing design processes

- Complex workflow design experience

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Slack

- Design tokens experience
