• Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. Gather insights through methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas. Iterate designs based on feedback and testing results to ensure optimal user experience.
• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and product goals. Create high-fidelity mockups and assets for web and mobile applications.
• Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications. Ensure seamless interaction between users and products across different devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions. Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and sprint planning meetings.
• Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement. Analyze user feedback and data to make data-driven design decisions.
• Ensure that designs meet accessibility standards and guidelines to make products inclusive and accessible to all users.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of UI design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency in design implementation.

• +2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• 2+ Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
