English Teacher (Esl) in Bespoke Education

As a Remote English Teacher, your role will be to create an inclusive and positive learning environment for students of varying skill levels. You will:

• Design and deliver interactive lessons that encourage student participation and foster a love for learning.
• Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their English language skills.
• Utilize various teaching methods and materials to engage students effectively.
• Adapt teaching techniques to meet the needs of different learners.
• Communicate regularly with students and parents to update them on progress and address any concerns.

We're looking for passionate and dedicated individuals who possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Education, English, or a related field.
• Relevant teaching certification or ESL qualification is desirable.
• Strong understanding of effective teaching strategies and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience in online teaching or tutoring, particularly in an ESL context, is a plus.
• Patience and a positive attitude towards student learning.

While not required, the following skills would be advantageous:

• Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching platforms.
• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Creativity in lesson planning and material development.
• Second language proficiency to better understand student perspectives.
