As part of our growth, you will contribute to a north-American client’s scalable, cloud-native platform in the mortgage space, collaborating with a diverse team to enable a seamless digital lending experience. This role sits within a cross-functional squad structure that emphasizes modular, maintainable services and end-to-end ownership. You will partner with frontend, data, and platform teams to design, implement, and optimize robust backend services, underpinning critical business applications with reliability and scalability.

We seek a motivated Senior Backend Developer with 5+ years of professional software development experience. Proficiency in Go, Python, Node.js, or C# is required, with strong knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures. Experience with cloud-native applications and containerization (e.g., Kubernetes) is essential. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with design patterns, testing methodologies, agile workflows, and best practices in software engineering. Excellent English communication is essential for collaboration with a US-based client and global stakeholders.

Soft skills include a user-focused mindset, curiosity, collaborative spirit, and the ability to influence technical decisions. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in Scrum or Kanban environments and the ability to work remotely with reliable connectivity are highly valued.
