We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on Vue.js and Golang to join our remote team at Ermin Systems LLC. This is a contract-based position for a minimum of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs. The ideal candidate will be based in the LATAM region and must be available to work during Eastern or Central time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Vue.js on the frontend and Golang on the backend.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Ensure the scalability and performance of applications by optimizing code and database queries.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure a stable and reliable product.
Debug and resolve issues related to application performance, usability, and security.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and team culture.
Communicate effectively in a remote team environment, providing regular updates on progress, blockers, and challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:
3+ years of experience developing full-stack web applications, with a strong focus on Vue.js and Golang.
Proven experience with front-end frameworks (Vue.js or similar) and back-end technologies (Golang or similar).

Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and frameworks such as Vue.js.
Expertise in Golang for building scalable, high-performance back-end services.
Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and other communication protocols.
Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
Knowledge of cloud services, such as AWS or Google Cloud, is a plus.
Experience with Docker and containerization is a bonus.

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Time Zone and Availability:
Must be located in the LATAM region and available to work during Eastern or Central time zones for overlapping work hours with the rest of the team.
