Responsibilities

Develop and maintain server-side logic using Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
Design and manage PostgreSQL databases for optimal performance and reliability.
Implement secure, scalable, and performant APIs and services.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and the Business team to understand technical requirements for redesigning and defining APIs.
Migrate the codebase to the latest version, ensuring enhanced performance and maintainability.
Develop and maintain user interfaces using ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and Bootstrap.
Work closely with product owners and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front and back-end components.

Requirements

Extensive experience in backend development with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
Proficiency in PostgreSQL.
Experience with Python and Rust is a plus.
Familiarity with frontend development technologies such as ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and Bootstrap.
Experience with AngularJS is a nice-to-have.
Strong proficiency in English, enabling effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

While not essential, familiarity with additional frameworks and languages, such as Python and Rust, will be considered a valuable asset. Experience with AngularJS is also appreciated. We're looking for candidates who embrace learning and are eager to collaborate with diverse teams.
