Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of tech recruitment strategies aligned with Lago's overall business objectives in the LATAM region.
  • Build and enhance a strong employer brand to attract and retain top tech professionals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define precise job requirements and create customized recruitment plans.
  • Utilize innovative methods and platforms to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings and candidate onboarding.
  • Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor recruitment strategies to stay ahead.
  • Implement metrics and reporting mechanisms to track recruitment progress and highlight areas for enhancement.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout all recruitment initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience
