✅ Gather and translate business requirements into functional Salesforce configurations
✅ Configure the platform: objects, fields, validation rules, flows, approval processes, profiles, roles, and users
✅ Lead the full implementation lifecycle of Salesforce, from setup to continuous improvement
✅ Validate functional quality (QA) and ensure business requirements are met
✅ Document configurations and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
✅ Collaborate with developers when technical extensions are required (no coding expected)
🔹Salesforce Configuration Expertise: Strong hands-on experience using declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes)
🔹 Certifications: Minimum of 2 Salesforce certifications, ideally Administrator and/or Platform App Builder
🔹 Business Analysis Skills: Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
🔹 QA Mindset: Able to validate that configurations work as intended before delivery
🔹 Languages:
- Intermediate-Advanced English (required for international collaboration)
- Portuguese (highly valued – especially for working with our CTO)
🔹 Consulting Mindset: Comfortable working closely with clients, asking the right questions, and guiding them on platform best practices
🔸 Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or other healthcare-focused Salesforce solutions
🔸 Experience working with distributed teams or international clients
🔸 Familiarity with functional QA or testing tools
