Job functions

Co-lead direct client relationship with Senior S&T Team in a Daily base. Fostering transparent communication, ensuring alignment, and drive project success. Driving discussions between teams when the conversation is stuck
Be a bridge between technical and business teams, being able to capture the business concerns and requirements and transmit into technical with autonomy
Project Management & co-ordination between different teams located in multiple geographies
Visit client office: available to travel frequently within Latin America (more probably to México).
Provide directions to the scrum master and push the technical team.
Frequent support and guidance to the client in technical matters.
Collaborate to the project delivery: Partnering closely with data engineering, consultants, data science, and the tech team to effectively plan, execute, and deliver projects that exceed client expectations

Qualifications and requirements

+ 5 years of experience in tech infrastructure and cloud environments
+ 5 year of experience leading and coordinating Tech or Analytics projects
Experience in migration process
Experience in FMCG and/or retail fields is a plus.
Experience in the Analytics field.
Able to manage an E2E tech project
Scrum Master / Agille knowledge
English Proficiency
Strong leadership capability, able to generate good connections within the multifunctional and multicultural teams.
