We are looking for a Product Manager; who will be responsible for ensuring product-market fit for the Enhance and Scale business units, defining and directing the overall value proposition, marketing materials, commercial tools and presentations, proposal development and internal technology developments for product enhancement, among others

• Define, design and continuously develop the entire product life cycle and implement continuous product improvement.
• Define and implement the business strategy and plan
• Design the product value proposition and manage the product life cycle.
• Design the internal technology associated with the product and communicate it to the developer team
• Define the pricing model and define customer segments.
• Maintain constant communication with digital leaders to ensure that Product, Project Management and IT guidelines are met on the project, as well as participate in meetings with the client, when requested, to ensure the best design of the deliverable, providing market best practices and organizational guidelines.
• Design customer-facing deliverables (e.g. monthly, quarterly and annual presentations, trade shows, trade show presentations, etc.)
• Keep informed of constant changes in the marketplace to identify opportunities for improvement in the vision of the product you develop.
• Develop market intelligence.
• Coordinate resources to develop the technical and economic propositions associated with the product.
• Create go to market strategy

• You have a bachelor's degree in business or engineering
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a product owner, product manager or product management consultant.
• You have worked in a tech company.
• You have knowledge in designing or improving a product.
• You have strong ability to negotiate, communicate and influence decision making.
• You have knowledge in business line and commercializing the product
• You are bilingual, native Spanish and English C1 level.

• You have experience in maintenance management, CMMS, energy efficiency technologies.
• You know agile methodologies: Scrum and/or Safe.
• You have worked in product design.
