Project Manager in EVEN

As a Project Manager at EVEN, you will play a pivotal role in the nexus of creativity and organization. Reporting directly to our Creative Director, you will oversee the breadth of creative requests and ensure timely and effective delivery. This role is for the meticulous, the proactive, and those who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all creative requests, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet our standard of excellence.
• Act as the central liaison between internal teams, external partners, and the creative department, ensuring seamless communication and clear project briefs.
• Gather necessary information and materials from both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the creative team has everything they need to excel.
• Monitor project progress, proactively addressing and mitigating potential setbacks.
• Assist the Creative team in resource allocation, ensuring optimal productivity and workflow.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, from initiation to completion, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Regularly review and optimize processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management or a similar role, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools. Familiarity with Notion and Hubspot is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid changes.
• A genuine passion for the music industry and an understanding of its intricacies.
