• Provide Tier 3 level support for network incidents and problems.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Fortinet network environments (e.g., firewalls, VPNs).
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Aruba network environments (e.g., wireless controllers, access points, switches).
• ​​​​​​​Handle complex network escalations and perform in-depth troubleshooting.
• ​​​​​​​Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.

• Strong, demonstrable hands-on experience with Fortinet network products and solutions.
• ​​​​​​​Strong, demonstrable hands-on experience with Aruba networking technologies.
• ​​​​​​​Deep understanding of networking protocols and concepts.
• ​​​​​​​Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
