Data Scientist Lead will manage all back-end development; initially a manual, hands-on process of wrangling various data points, interpreting relationships, and imputing missing fields. A data-detective like mind-set that can absorb business context will thrive here. Will increasingly automate these motions based on trade secrets provided and new relationships identified. Ability to hire and manage back-end team as needed. Automation applications will ultimately be used by enterprises directly, and it’s a race to be the first to provide this.
