At TELLEX Group, we are seeking for an experienced AI Developer proficient in Python to join our team. This person will work closely with our Systems Integration and Solutions Director, collaborating on the development of AI agents for various projects. The development of these projects will be approached as a team effort, and then handed over to the developer for full implementation.

Responsabilities

Design, develop, and implement AI agents for different projects.
Write efficient, clean, and scalable Python code.
Integrate AI models into existing systems.
Optimize AI models for performance and accuracy.
Collaborate with the Director of Integrations and other teams to define requirements and development strategies.
Conduct testing and validation to ensure proper functionality of AI agents.
Create and maintain documentation on processes and developed agents, keeping them up to date with modifications.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.

Requirements and Qualifications

Proven experience in Python development.
Experience in creating and training AI agents.
Knowledge of AI/Machine Learning frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, OpenAI API, among others).
Experience in integrating AI models into applications and systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize AI algorithms.
Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
Knowledge of software development under agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with AI model deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
Previous programming experience with Flowise.
Knowledge of databases and data storage.
Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
