Job Details:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of TECLA’s marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a versatile marketer who can work across SEO, brand marketing, influencer campaigns, paid ads, podcast and newsletter sponsorships, and more.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in lead generation, brand awareness, and demand creation. You’ll also attend key industry events, tradeshows, and conferences in the U.S. to represent TECLA.

This is a mid-level role for someone with experience working at startups, B2B companies, or fast-growing organizations who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and executing across different marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Digital Marketing

  • Oversee TECLA’s brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and inbound leads.
  • Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, etc.).
  • Coordinate influencer marketing efforts, working with podcasters, newsletters, and industry creators.
  • Evaluate and manage sponsorship opportunities for podcasts, events, and media outlets.
  • Manage and grow TECLA’s online presence through content, social media, and digital outreach.
  • Collaborate with leadership on brand strategy, messaging, and content initiatives.

Events & Industry Representation

  • Attend key industry tradeshows, conferences, and networking events in the U.S.
  • Support event marketing initiatives before, during, and after tradeshows.
  • Ensure TECLA maintains a strong presence at relevant industry gatherings.
  • A valid U.S. visa is required for this role.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, SEO, brand marketing, or growth marketing, ideally in a B2B or startup environment.
  • SEO Expertise: Experience with content strategy, keyword research, and search optimization.
  • Ad & Performance Marketing: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads.
  • Influencer & Sponsorship Marketing: Ability to manage relationships with podcasters, newsletters, and industry influencers.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to measure performance, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Content & Messaging: Strong understanding of brand storytelling, positioning, and copywriting.
  • Event & Industry Experience: Willingness to travel to the U.S. for tradeshows and industry events.
  • Startup Mentality: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities shift quickly.
