Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Semi Senior Frontend/React Native Developer. This role will be responsible for to elevate our frontend development capabilities, ensuring the delivery of visually stunning, user-friendly, and high-performance applications that meet and exceed client expectations with the expertise in React and React Native, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and innovative web and mobile applications.

• Lead the frontend development team in designing and implementing cutting-edge user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers and designers, to deliver seamless and responsive user experiences.
• Architect and develop robust, maintainable, and scalable frontend solutions using React and React Native.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our applications remain at the forefront of innovation.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Optimize application performance and ensure a smooth and efficient user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with a focus on React and React Native.
• In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frontend technologies.
• Strong understanding of state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and component-based architecture.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Proficient in version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.
• Streaming Technologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
