• Work in synergy with a multidisciplinary team involving Android/iOS/Flutter/Web developers
• Grow in the Flutter framework development to become an all around player in out team
• Design and Implement native functionalities of our apps such as handling of calls via FCM Notifications, optimizations, support upcoming versions of Android and more.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance WebRTC/SIP communications SDK for cross-platform apps. (Knowing WebRTC/SIP is not a requirement but a nice to have).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to VoIP and real-time communications.
• Analyze and improve performance of our applications in Android.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in the Android space and evaluate how they can be leveraged for future growth.
• Be proactive and propose ways to improve our products to help us reach a wider audience.

• 3+ years of mobile software development experience, including Android development (Java/Kotlin)
• 3+ years of experience in mobile software development using Flutter
• Strong grasp Comp Sci principles
• Strong grasp of Design Patterns
• Understanding of the agile development life cycle and TDD
• Experience in automated testing and CI/CD
• Proficient in Git
• Showing experience with in common software architectural practices and principles (Clean, SOLID)
• Having a fluent level of conversational and written English (B2+), for daily interactions with multicultural teams

• Some notion of WebRTC/Media Communications
• Some familiarity with Bitrise
