Job Description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team and support the Artist Relations and Client Services teams with campaign management, artist support and strategy. As the Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping manage systems for the internal EVEN team and partners. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Artist Relations team to prioritize key campaigns and support strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain a database of artists, influencers, and industry contacts for outreach and relationship management purposes.
  • Help support the day-to-day operations of the Artist Relations team, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of exclusive content and experiences to fans.
  • Help maintain and update systems to track artist music releases and fan access points, using tools such as Notion, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Stay informed about global industry news, events, developments, and emerging technologies to inform research strategies and enhance our understanding of the music landscape.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of upcoming releases, events, and exclusive offers to artists, fans, and internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize Google Suite and other project management tools to create and manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on project status, key metrics, and performance indicators.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Preferred candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in project management and marketing, preferably in the music industry or related fields.
  • Strong operational background, with a demonstrated ability to design and manage systems and processes effectively.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Notion for tracking and organizing data is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management software is essential.
  • Excellent time management skills and a proven track record of completing tasks on schedule.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, artists, and fans.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and precision in data management and reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Passion for music and a deep desire to learn more about music industry practices and fan engagement strategies.
  • Notion experience is a plus!
