Services Operations Manager in ElevateOS

We are ElevateOS, a leading PropTech company efficiently powering thousands of apartment buildings across the United States and Canada. Our mission is to transform the way residents book services for their homes, ensuring convenience and satisfaction through enhanced operations in our Pet Services department.

As a Services Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication with clients seeking home services. Your key responsibilities will involve:

• Quickly responding to client inquiries and requests for various services.
• Assisting in scheduling and booking services efficiently.
• Identifying and sourcing suitable partners to fulfill service requests.
• Overseeing assorted services, including moving services, junk removal, private chef arrangements, mobile car detailing, dry cleaning, and wash & fold laundry bookings.

In this role, we expect you to be a proactive and fast communicator, ensuring a stellar customer experience.

We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications and traits:

• Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to client interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills to handle service scheduling and partner coordination.
• A genuine commitment to delivering superior customer service.
• Previous experience in operations or customer service roles is preferred.
