• Lead the implementation of the full Zoom suite for corporate clients, overseeing all technical and operational aspects.
• Collaborate closely with assigned Zoom teams and client stakeholders to guarantee seamless project execution.
• Plan and execute all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with timelines, scope, and budget.
• Coordinate hardware and software integrations both remotely and onsite to meet customer requirements.
• Serve as the main point of contact between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
• Proactively identify potential project risks and formulate strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable, scalable, and secure systems.

• Proven experience in large-scale implementation projects, ideally within collaboration platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
• Technical acumen in collaboration tools along with their hardware and software integration processes.
• Strong project management capabilities and demonstrable success in delivering complex projects on time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in corporate environments and managing cross-functional teams.
• MUST HAVE: Availability to work European hours (CTE) (strict adherence required).

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Zoom Certified Integrator, or similar qualifications.
• Familiarity with AV/IT systems and corporate operational environments is a plus.
