Funciones del cargo

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute scripts to make bulk updates to AEM
  • Manage and maintain multiple AEM environments, coordinating with application/system owners for code and environment changes
  • Handle user and group management within the AEM platform.
  • Coordinate, optimize, and execute AEM and hardware maintenance tasks with server administrators and network teams.
  • Triage incoming AEM help tickets and assist developers in debugging application
  • Monitor and improve the health and performance of production AEM servers.
  • Manage Splunk log dashboards and work with web teams to ensure proper log rotationand synchronization.
  • Ensure AEM security requirements are met.
  • Manage author and administrator user administration.
  • Create reports and develop scripts for content updates as required.

Requerimientos del cargo

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Strong understanding of AEM administration and maintenance tasks.
  • Experience with user and group management within AEM.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with CI/CD frameworks.
  • Experience with Adobe Digital Asset Management.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk.
  • Experience with SiteMinder integration.

We are looking for a dedicated AEM Administrator to manage and support our Adobe
Experience Manager (AEM) environments. The AEM Administrator will be responsible for
maintaining multiple AEM environments, managing user permissions, and ensuring the smooth
operation and performance of the AEM platform.
