• Manage the budget allocated for the project and the deviations that may arise in it.
• Guide the Development Team in being self-organized and cross-functional.
• Help the Development Team to create high value products.
• Remove impediments to the Development Team's progress.

• TWO YEARS of experience as a Project Manager.
• And you have knowledge and experience in the:
• Framework PMO (Gantt charts - traditional project management - PMBOK)
• Agile Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Agile Start, Design Thinking)
• Risks and restrictions management (time, resources, budget, and quality)
• Action plans monitoring that involve interaction with stakeholders
• English Advanced
• US Citizen or US work permit
