• Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple regions, driving collaboration and effective communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices and lessons learned from past projects.

Looking for a Sr. Level Project Manager who specializes in HR and Payroll. The person must possess:

• +4 to 7 years of project delivery experience, having delivered complex transformation projects in a global organization.
• Skills in Stakeholder Management, Communication, Financial Management, Risk & Issue Management, Planning, Critical Thinking and Leadership.
• Certified Project Management accreditation.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to be onsite 3 days per week in Mexico City.
