Litigation Attorney in Campos Law Firm

Campos Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled litigation attorney with experience in court representation and defense. We are looking for a professional with strategic legal abilities, strong communication skills, and expertise in litigation procedures to strengthen our team in representing clients in diverse cases.

• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Develop effective legal strategies for case defense.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and essential legal documents.
• Advise clients on legal processes and expectations.
• Collaborate with the internal legal team to optimize processes.
• Stay updated on legal developments and precedents.
• Maintain organized case files and communicate effectively with clients, including Spanish-speaking clients.

• Admission to the state bar in Colorado and active legal license
• Minimum of 2-5 years of litigation experience (workers’ compensation, civil law, or immigration is a plus).
• Excellent oral and written advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management platforms.

• Previous experience as a public defender or work in a government prosecutor’s office.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (highly valued but not required).
• Strong knowledge of labor law, immigration, or civil defense.
