Game Lead RPG in Series AI

Series AI is seeking a talented Game Lead to help prototype & launch our next generation of videogames supported by AI technology!
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of technical game development, mobile & x-platform games, strong leadership & communication skills, building & supporting ravenous communities, and a passion for creating products that truly connect with the audience.
Has a min of 7 years experience hand can consider its self an ace of all trade, with understanding of what skills impacts the development of our future titles.

You are here to help Lead the Game development for our future RPG game.

• Work with the Head of Games to establish the vision and roadmap for our next-gen title.
• Own production & game design & monetization for the development of a very novel hero collector RPG.
• Ensure story consistency and a high level of quality in all released content.
• Design & oversee core combat & game systems.
• Identify opportunities with our game creation tools to better enhance your workflow; work with producers to bring those requests to life.
• Fan the flames of connecting with our community & offering top-notch live ops service.

• Proven experience in a game lead or equivalent role, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proven experience in mobile game design & in designing great GaaS game systems.
• Expert in game development tools and techniques.
• Strong collaboration skills & ability to self-manage when we need to divide & conquer.
• Strong interest in scripting languages to build narrative-driven game experiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, Economics or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with Unity is a plus.
• Experience with and affinity for analytics is a plus.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the mobile gaming market and the standout aspects of recently successful eastern titles is a plus.
• Affinity with ACG subculture & highly resonate with the community is a plus.
• Comprehensive knowledge of streamers is a plus.
• Interest in generative AI is a plus.

This is a contract position at 40 hours a week with the potential of converting to a full-time role. Series AI is an equal-opportunity employer.
