Product Designer in treble

Position Overview

We're looking for a creative and user-focused Product Designer to create intuitive, effective, and delightful experiences for our platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong design thinking with technical understanding to deliver solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.

• Lead the end-to-end design process for new features and improvements, from initial concept through final implementation
• Leverage user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our design system
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints
• Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency across the platform
• Advocate for user needs and best practices in design reviews and product planning sessions

• 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
• Strong design stack experience (We’re Figma enthusiasts!)
• Experience with design systems and component-based design
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Design studies, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent English and nice to have (Portuguese and Spanish)

• Experience designing for CRMs, AI or SaaS products
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Experience with animation and micro-interactions
• Understanding of data visualization and complex UI patterns
• Experience with illustration, animation or video creation
