Full-Stack Developer (MERN Stack) in EstimatorBob

Hey! I'm Clay, the founder of EstimatorBob. We are a SaaS company for fence contractors (companies that build fences). Our main product is a tool that fence companies embed on their website to offer instant estimates to their website visitors. Currently, we have a few paying customers and are growing. The platform V1 has been built, and now I need someone to help make improvements and add highly requested features. I'm looking for someone who wants to join me on this journey and I'm willing to give equity of the company.

As a Full-Stack Developer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Improving the existing platform by developing new features based on user input and requests.
• Working with the MERN stack, specifically React and Redux for the front-end, and Node and MongoDB for the back-end.
• Collaborating closely with the founder to shape the future direction of EstimatorBob.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Proficient in the MERN stack, with a strong focus on front-end development using React and Redux.
• Experience with back-end frameworks, particularly Node.js and MongoDB.
• Basic English (I speak some Spanish)
• Entrepreneurial qualities and a desire to work in a startup environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and feature development.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

It would be a plus if you have:

• Experience with deployment and maintenance of SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with other front-end technologies.
• Knowledge of user experience design principles.
